OUR CITY NEEDS A MAKEOVER. The organic and solid waste in San Carlos City is not being managed properly. They are being dumped in front of the houses, beside the lamp/electric post, highways and public places where people walk by and can inhale the foul smell emitted by the garbage. Not properly disposing of the collected waste can result in a severe environmental problem that involves the health and safety of SanCarlenians.

In this petition, we demand Garbage Cans that we can use to segregate the waste according to its type (Biodegradable, Non-Biodegradable and recyclable). The garbage cans minimize the bad odor coming from the trash and help for easy waste collection. They will be placed in accessible areas all over San Carlos where people often dump their waste materials (i.e. Public markets, near schools, near establishments, Post, etc.). The Garbage cans do not only keep the place clean but also beautifies it. This Project can be accomplished through the help of our City's Government Officials, San Carlos City Barangay officials and with the cooperation of us, Citizens.
